Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours. Most items normally leave our warehouse within 24 hours. Pre-orders and Backorders will be processed when the item becomes available.

When we say an item is in Stock that means we actually have it. We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service possible. From first visit to order delivery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. All products carry a 30 day satisfaction guarantee beginning from the day product is shipped from our warehouse, unless otherwise noted.

We ask that first-time customers read through and understand how we feel about important mail-order issues.

Standard shipping in the continental United States is ground delivery via FedEx (high quality and good value) . 2nd Day Service and FedEx Express are also available. Shipments via U.S. Post Office are also available for Standard Ground, Parcel post, Priority mail and media mail. USPS does not provide tracking for your merchandise.

Orders to APO and FPO addresses will be shipped via US Postal Service Insured Mail. We will send an email to you with the insured postal charges or to obtain any additional information needed to process your order.
Customers must reply with their acceptance of these charges before orders will be shipped. All shipments must meet the requirements of the US Postal Service. Each package must weigh less than 70 lbs. and have a maximum combined length + girth of 108" (72" for some addresses).

Notes to our customers

Please do not accept boxes with exterior damage. If the box has been delivered without your signature, contact the carrier before opening the package. The carrier will need to inspect the box and verify any damage before refund or replacement can occur.

Your shopping cart shows the shipping charge for domestic Ground delivery, 2nd Day Service and Overnight express . An additional shipping charge will be added at checkout for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Ground service is not available in Alaska or Hawaii. Overnight Delivery is not available in remote locations, and Hawaii or Alaska.

Orders shipped to CA are subject to state and local sales tax, as applicable. We ship all available stock and do not hold orders until all products are in stock.

Damaged Packages

If you suspect that a package has been damaged during transport, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at 1-866-965-2113. We will track the return of the package to our warehouse and file a claim with Fed Ex. Do not file a claim with Fed Ex, or Yannis-Hobbies cannot replace your package or issue a credit. By signing for a package you are stating that you have received it in good condition and are relinquishing Yannis-Hobbies.com or Fed Ex of any and all responsibility, and we will not be able to file a claim. If we are unable to file a claim, we cannot send a replacement order or credit you for the damaged item.

By leaving a signed note giving Fed Ex permission to leave a package at the door, you have relinquished Yannis-Hobbies.com and Fed Ex of any and all responsibility for loss or damage.

Lost Packages

Please report any lost packages to customer service at 1-866-965-2113 within 14 days of shipping and Yannis-Hobbies.com will file a claim with Fed Ex. Do not file a claim with Fed Ex, or Yannis-Hobbies.com will not be able to replace the order or issue a credit. The claim process can take up to 15 business days to complete. You may be contacted during the claim investigation to provide additional information. A replacement order or credit will only take place after the process is completed. Yannis-Hobbies.com may determine whether to reship a product or issue a credit to method of payment. If we are not notified within 14 days from shipping that a package has not been received, we will not be able to process a claim.

Post Office Boxes
Fed Ex will not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide an alternate street address in the shipping information fields. We only ship via the postal service for APO/FPO orders.

Missing Orders
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses can only be claimed, not traced, after 30 business days from the ship date. Replacement orders or credits for damaged or missing orders will not be issued until the US Postal Service has approved the claim; the claims process could take as long as 4 - 6 weeks.
